Made-to-order: Production takes approximately 10 - 15 days, including shipping time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs, and carrier conditions.

RETURNS

Online orders placed through the BERNETTER website are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Have all tags attached and intact
- Include original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items, if applicable
- Remain in resalable condition
